We have moderated future workshops and accompanied a working group for the network of the HEI Didactics in Continued Education (hdw nrw). A process map, scenarios, structure trees and RACI matrices were developed for quality management.

Ten Swabian colleges and universities, as well as the board of the Swabian Association have signed a declaration of intent to form the basis for stronger cooperation and we were responsible for the moderation of the preparatory process.

In Finland, we piloted our data-driven approach to student success by monitoring master’s degree programmes at 14 universities. The contract partner in the “Kandipalaute” project was Universities Finland (UNIFI).
