Negotiation training

CHE Consult conducts comprehensive workshops and trainings with managers that prepare them for difficult negotiation situations. Participants gain insight into their own strengths and weaknesses as well as more confidence before and in negotiation situations.

Team coaching

Team coachings aim to improve cooperation and communication in a university organisational unit. They can serve both to resolve conflicts and to improve work processes or an organisational realignment.

Individual Coaching for Leaders

For various reasons, leadership has become increasingly demanding in recent years. Our individual coaching is aimed at leaders who want to expand their repertoire of contemporary leadership methods and strengthen their motivational communication.

Recruiting and Onboarding

We carry out recruitments of specialists and managers. We create a detailed recruiting profile based on your information and identify suitable candidates. Later, you will benefit from our onboarding checklist, which already starts with the recruiting process.

Career Coaching and Offboarding

Career coaching helps to reassess people’s skills and experience, formulate career goals and possibly derive concrete options. It can be complemented by offboarding measures.
