Jens Engelke

Jens Engelke has been working for CHE Consult since 2014. He accompanies and advises universities and scientific institutions especially in the fields of action
- strategy and organizational development as well as
- personnel and management development
– from one-day team workshops to multi-year development projects for universities. He benefits from his well-founded and diverse experience from more than 20 years of working for and with universities.
Jens Engelke studied economics and social sciences at the Universities of Lüneburg and Brussels, specializing in “Industrial and Work Psychology”. He was president of the state-approved private university Baltic College, managing director of the Hochschulträger-GmbH and head of the university’s own continuing education academy. He also worked as a consultant, trainer and coach for executives at the Business Performance Academy, a training and coaching institute.
Jens Engelke is a certified trainer and coach (leadership, teams, conflicts, etc.), resilience trainer and mediator.
