Dr. Dr. Peter Klimczak has been an Associated Consultant at CHE Consult since 2022. He has worked in various functions at universities in Germany and abroad for over 14 years. In November 2022, he was appointed adjunct professor at the Brandenburg University of Technology, and since February 2023 he has been head of the “Digital Solutions” and “Digital Infrastructure” departments at the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family in Berlin. He is particularly interested in the organisational development of universities and the (also personnel) transfer between science and business.

Peter Klimczak has done research on Media & Communication, Philosophy of Language & Ethics, Cognitive Systems & Artificial Intelligence and completed a postgraduate course in Business Law. For his scientific work he was awarded a Dr. phil., a Dr. rer. nat. habil. as well as prizes and scholarships. He gained experience in university management as a member of the university senate and as a member of various examination and study programme commissions. As deputy/commissarial head of department and founder of a company, he was able to demonstrate personal and team responsibility. Peter Klimczak developed his competencies in individual and group coaching through years of teaching and advising graduate students and praedocs at home and abroad.
