Christian Alexander Klinke has been associated with CHE as an Associate Consultant since August 2021. He has proven experience in scientific project management as well as the coordination of research projects.
His particular subject focus:

- Organizational change in higher education
- Leadership development in international higher education based on emotional intelligence
Christian Alexander Klinke is a humanities scholar, certified project manager and Ph.D. student at the Institute of Education, University College London. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in educational and academic management with a focus on organizational development in higher education from Carl-von-Ossietzky University Oldenburg. Christian Alexander Klinke is a Fellow of the IRC (IAFOR Research Centre OSIPP / IAFOR – The International Academic Forum) at the Osaka School of International Public Policy in Japan. As a research fellow, he has been working for IAFOR in the international and interdisciplinary research project on infectious disease outbreak on cruise ships commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA).
Christian Alexander Klinke’s professional career includes various positions in different industries including founding and managing his own start-up company in the field of digital education management/artificial intelligence, in addition to that of a project manager in the education sector.
