Career Coaching and Offboarding

Structural or personnel changes at your university may mean that you need to find a new position for individuals within the university or support their transition to a job outside the university. Career coaching helps to re-evaluate skills and experience of these individuals, formulate career goals and possibly derive concrete options. This format is thus also suitable for opening up a perspective for temporary employees in science and science management.

Career coaching as individual counselling can be complemented by offboarding measures, such as further training or special offboarding seminars, which we offer e.g. on the topics of employee management, negotiation or setting up a business.
