Gabriele Müller

Gabriele Müller is an expert in organisational and strategic development and has been working as a consultant and trainer for more than 20 years. She has been a Senior Consultant at CHE Consult since 2022.

Her focus work:

• strategic profiling of universities
• knowledge transfer and cooperation management
• appointment planning and management
• academic controlling

Gabriele Müller accompanies higher education institutions in the development and implementation of concepts, moderates decision-making processes and supports planning processes. She has a degree in Latin American Studies and obtained her MBA after a Master’s degree in Business Management at Anglia Polytechnic University Cambridge. For many years she worked as a lecturer and consultant for location and regional development for municipalities, associations, public institutions and companies. Gabriele Müller began her work in science management in 2007 as an advisor in the start-up service of the TU Berlin. As an advisor to the President, she was involved in operational university management, current university policy issues and a wide range of strategic projects. As a strategy development officer at two different universities in Berlin, she gained experience in the conception of strategic projects as well as in the areas of structural and appointment planning and cooperation management. She has a qualification in systemic organisational consulting.
