Dr. Ingeborg Lasser

Dr Ingeborg Lasser worked for CHE Consult as a Senior Consultant from 2023 to 2024. Since 2024, she has been working for the company as an Associated Consultant. She is an expert in the planning, management and operation of equipment centres and technology platforms in research, as well as in the organisation of the associated scientific communities. In addition, she advises and supports universities in the following areas:

• Good work & quality in research
• Building and securing institutional knowledge
• Studies & expert reports
• Strategy development and consulting
• Organisational development & change management

Ms. Lasser has worked at internationally networked universities and research institutions and brings with her experience in science management and research. She studied at the LMU Munich and the City University of New York. From there she received a PhD in General Linguistics. She was a research assistant at the University of Potsdam and at the MPI for Psycholinguistics in Nijmegen. From 2016 to 2020, she was a research manager at the Centre for Integrative Neuroscience and Neurodynamics at the University of Reading (UK). She then worked for two years at the Berlin University Alliance as Core Facilities Coordinator. She deepened her knowledge of processes and structures in the science system and its organisations in the part-time course “Science Management” at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, which she completed in 2021 with a Master of Public Administration.
