Eileen Bins

Eileen Bins joined CHE Consult as a Consultant in March 2023. Previously, she regularly supported the company as an Associate Consultant in various projects, especially in the areas of process management and organisational development. As an expert for the PICTURE software, she is responsible for the modelling and subsequent analysis of business processes.
Her special subject focus:

- Organisational development
- Multi-project management
Eileen Bins completed an M.A. “Global Media and Culture” at Keele University in England and subsequently gained experience in organisational development as a project and process manager at CHE Consult and a university of applied sciences in North Rhine-Westphalia. She has also worked in the external further education sector.
