(3) When you contact us by e-mail or via one of our contact forms, the data you provide (your e-mail address) will be stored by us in order to respond to your query. The provision of further information is voluntary and merely facilitates our contact with you. We delete the data accruing in this context when the storage is no longer necessary or restrict its processing if there are further legal retention obligations. The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

(4) In case we utilise commissioned service providers for individual aspects of our data services or we would like to make use of your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. In doing so, we will also clearly state the extent of the storage period.

§ 2 Your rights

(1) You have the following rights vis-à-vis us with regard to the personal data concerning you:

  • Right to information,
  • Right to correction or deletion,
  • Right to restriction of processing,
  • Right to object to processing,
  • Right to data transfers.

(2) You also have the right to submit a complaint to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

§ 3 Collection of personal data on our website

(1) In the case of mere informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is necessary in technical terms for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR):

(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive, assigned to the browser you are using and through which the organisation that sets the cookie (in this case, by us), certain information flows. (a) This website uses different types of cookies, provided that they are necessary for the provision of our online services. These include:

  • Transient cookies (see b).
  • Persistent cookies (see c).

b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests of your browser can be assigned to your visit session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. § 4 SSL or TLS encryption

This site utilitises SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection through the address line of the browser changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

§ 5 Further functions and offers of our website
